We are no way responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software and communications equipment that are needed to access the Products and/or Services, and for paying all the chargeable access charges that are incurred while using the Products and/or Services.
You can avail the flexibility to utilize the services offered by us only when you are the registered user of Smsusers.com by submitting the online registration form available at the starting. We will process the further steps based on the details you have furnished during the registration process and you explicitly agree to update your account details at any moment. The Users shall be entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality regarding their password and account information. The Users agree to notify smsusers.com.com immediately regarding any unauthorized use of their accounts or of any other criterion related to their account security. Smsusers.com on its sole discretion might terminate/suspend such User's account, without any prior notification. Your mobile phone operator may charge you for using our service though we are providing at free of cost. So, please confirm that matter from your respective service provider before using our service. The User is liable for any mobile phone charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc) as a result of using any of Smsusers.com privileges. Please check your current pricing plan from the operator to determine the charges for sending and receiving SMS text messages, WAP push, GPRS connectivity etc. No guarantee will be provided for the uninterrupted and continuous availability of the Products and/or Services or of any specific feature(s) of the Products and/or Services by Smsusers.com.
The Products and/or Services are subjected to the disclaimers of warranty and the limitations of liability as found in this agreement and which are subject to testing by the Users before entering into this agreement. You are not supposed to send messages like abuse, adultery content, insulting content, etc which we do not permit on the Site, We do not accept any obligation to protect you for sending restricted messages on our Site. We strictly oppose the use of the free sms service as a marketing source without our prior approval. Such sales and marketing messages are restricted and will be subjected to legal trial.
You may not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law, or unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by smsusers.com, in writing.
You agree not to send, transmit, distribute messages in these or any other forms through our smsusers.com.com such as:
- Libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, pornographic, threatening, or an invasion of privacy
- That affects the Brand names, Trademarks etc
- Illegal activity
- Marketing/sales promotion of goods
Due to the access to the Internet, the GSM and CDMA networks and other communication media is associated with risks concerning authentication, data security, privacy, availability of services, reliability of transmission etc. - The customer agrees to bear full and exclusively responsibility arising from such risks and consequences of the customer's usage of smsusers.com.com and its services. You should agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Smsusers.com for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to the use of your data in accordance with our privacy policies. Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services or other information. In consideration for Smsusers.com granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Smsusers.com may place such advertising on the Services. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Smsusers.com on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you, Smsusers.com.com reserves the right to change or terminate the Products and/or the Services and/ or alter the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement at any time with/without notice and/or with immediate effect.
